La trampa que compre atrapó este pequeño roedor, me dio un poco de miedo de como tenía los ojos, será que es por que quedo ahí atrapado?Anteriormente ya había tenido de estas trampas y ninguno se había visto así. Pero este si me dio miedo jaja

Got the job done. I was tired with those creatures. They mess up my garage, eating my dog food, eating my shoes, poop everywhere. I will buy more. Highly recommended.

We’ve been trying with traditional mouse traps for almost 2 weeks to no avail. Little guy would eat all the bait and it would never set off, so frustrating! Decided to order this last min and my package arrived within 24 hours of ordering. No joke, less than an hour after placing the sticky pad out, I heard little sqweeks under our stove. It got it!!! I couldn’t be more happier with this product. Highly highly recommend. I wish we would have just tried these first it would have saved a lot of time and energy.

I rarely write reviews unless a product delivers more than expected. I bought these for my attic. I had been hearing noises. As I was getting started, I found an affordable pest control with good reviews. I placed the traps using 1 gummy bear. Frederic Dunn makes mice/rat videos on youtube is an expert and says gummy bears seem to work best. The first night one trap tripped and the other had a mouse. Foolishly, I decided to use the pest control and they tried traditional snap traps. They tripped those & failed. I was not there so they used poison blocks. Now my house stinks from dead rats in the attic or walls. Never use poison in the house or attic. I should have just used these traps and I will go back to using them. These traps appear to be very good with solid construction and hard plastic. They are super easy to set up. If you are looking at these traps you obviously do not want to kill the mice or rats. The traps seem possibly a bit small for big rats but others had no problems. This is the big part for many people. The average women or men might be freaked out in dealing with a live rat or mouse. This solution may be the easiest to solve your mice or rat problem. They are in a hard plastic trap so you do not really have any contact with them. Get a cardboard box or bag and some gloves. You can put the trap in there. Then take the trap to a field or woods in an area away from your home and hopefully other homes. You can easily release them without concerns. This is probably the easiest trap for catching and then releasing. Make sure to check the traps daily because they will need water. Forgetting to check the traps is cruel.Summary: Most people do not want to deal with dead mice or rats in a snap trap. You do not want poison either. This appears to be the best affordable alternative.

UPDATE: I have successfully caught and released 4 rats now in a very short time. One night they did get the bait without triggering the trap. There is a small lever to let the door fall shut when the the step is triggered that I have had to file down a tiny bit, but caught a rat immediately after fixing it. Still the best traps I have ever used. The basics: My house has a lot of rats in the walls. I received these traps this past Friday. I set one down that night and had a rat in it by the end of the night. Set another one down Saturday night, it is now Sunday and I have two rats already. These are the best traps I have used by far, and I have tried many. If you want to keep reading, there’s a couple tips I can share from reading problems other people seemed to have with these traps that I adjusted and was grateful to learn. Can’t say enough good things about these traps. Worth every penny: reusable, affordable, easy to let the animal go without touching it, easy to use and set up, and a nice big opening. Highly recommend if you have a mouse, rat, chipmunk problem. If you look at some of the photos I posted, you can see I have severe rat problem. It has been going on for over 2 years and they are now gnawing behind the oven and microwave in the wall. I have tried so many traps as I would really not like to poison them if I can help it. No trap I have used before this one has worked: either too small, or way too expensive. I’ve made so many different traps of my own. Last year after having to lure 6 of them to me with almonds and catch them by hand, I was kind of ready to call the exterminator, it was too much work. I have found some of their tunnels but to no avail, a new family comes in the next year.I got these traps, I ordered two. Both were functional, no broken parts, but very vague instructions. The step that triggers the door to close gives ample space for the animal to go inside enough not to have a chance to run out, but the animal has to be somewhat heavier to trigger it. I knew some of the rats I was trying to get were babies, as I have seen them running around, so I know they are very light. I taped a nickel to the trigger step so it would close the door with the tiniest amount of weight. I also found sticking an almond to the back wall of the bait compartment with peanut butter not only attracted them easily with the smell of peanut butter, but stuck the almond to the wall enough where they would have to try to pull it off, putting more weight on the trigger step and keeping them as far into the trap as possible so their very long tails wouldn’t get caught. I know with some previous traps like this it was recommended to actually glue to bait to the bait compartment so they have to try really hard to take it, triggering the door easier. I also realized while trying to put the traps on rock, the door kept closing if the trap moved, so I had to make the rock as flat a surface as possible, which was something I read other people had issues with so, make sure you weight the trigger step and place on a flat service to get the trap to work at it’s best. The door is a great size, as some of the rats are bigger, yet I have no doubt they will fit.I hope this review helps if you have been researching traps and have trouble picking one for fear it’s a waste of money. I’ll just say from my experience: save your headaches for other things and get these traps if you have a critter problem. I’d buy them again in a second even if they broke tomorrow, they’re just that easy to use and work so well.

They work AMAZING! Caught 56 mice in one week‼️🐹I researched and found out that mice in the wild love pecans and of course peanut butter. So I put some peanut butter on a small piece of bread in the back and put 1 or 2 broken small pieces of pecans or peanuts on the floor behind it. I also watched a video on YouTube by Shawn Woods who is an expert mouse catcher and he said to smear a tiny bit of peanut butter in front of the trap…WOW it was a game changer!!It worked like a charm…I also had to tape a nickle and penny to the latch they step on for the light weight baby mice and I started to catch 14-17 a night! We have an infestation..😵💫I have mice in my office coming down from the attic…near my bedroom, so I hear them when it snaps shut..even if I’m in the living room I hear it snap shut! They are never harmed..so I bought two of these traps, BEST TRAPS EVER! 12 inch humane traps is the way to go‼️They never get their tails or legs caught, they can eat while their waiting for you to set them free, LOL😉 and you don’t have to replace them (I had to replace 4 of the smaller 6 inch mouse traps at $10 a pop…because the mice once stuck chewed the clasp to keep the door open, trying to set their leg & tails free 😔 so these 12 inch humane traps with 2 for the price of $18.99 is a no brainer) GET THEM NOW‼️ 🐹❤️THEY REALLY WORK‼️

These are the best and most humane mouse traps I have ever come across. Well made construction and ingenious design. We live out in the country and one day, noticed mouse droppings in the kitchen. I really didn’t want to kill them and make a mess like we’ve done in the past. So I researched different traps and came upon these. Watch some YouTube videos and read all the ratings from others. I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. I had to put a penny on the trap door as the mouse didn’t weigh enough to trip it. After a couple of tries, I got the penny in the right place. Success. I caught it. I took it out to the back part of my property and released it. The next morning, I found more droppings. I knew it couldn’t be the same one. It wasn’t. I caught the second mouse. And the next night, a third. I guess I had a family take up residence. Mouse problem solved. No mess and very humane. I very much recommend these to anyone with a mouse problem.
